UK Delivery Information

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday.  If any items are not available we will endeavour to contact you with a delivery date. If this date is not acceptable, you have the option to cancel your order.  

A small delivery charge of £4.25 for deliveries throughout mainland UK will be added to all online orders. (Telephone orders are charged at an additional rate of £2.50)

The following postcodes are subject to additional charges: AB10-56, BT - ALL,  DD8-11, FK7-21, HS1-9, IM - ALL, IV - ALL, KA5-7, KA18-19, KA26-28, KW1-17, PA20-99, PH3-50, PO30-41,  ZE1-3

International & Offshore Deliveries

Limekitchenandbathroom.co.uk now offers an international delivery service supplying goods to Europe, USA and the rest of the world.

Our delivery charges are as follows:
Northern Ireland: £19.95
Offshore UK Channel Islands, Isle of Man £19.95
Scottish Islands & Highlands: £19.95
Ireland: £29.50
Europe: France, Germany, Italy & Netherlands only: £35.00

Overseas delivery charges are subject to change depending the volumetric weight of the parcel.

UK Returns Policy

28 Day Returns Guarantee

For your peace of mind, all orders at Lime Kitchen and Bathroom are covered by our 28 day returns guarantee.

If you do not wish to keep your purchase, we are happy to accept your return as long as the goods are  unused, in resalable condition in its original packaging within 28 days for a full refund.

To return an unwanted item, simply send it to our mailing address below together with a note of your invoice/order reference requesting a refund - We recommend returning items by recorded delivery to ensure safe receipt. Please ensure that all goods are well protected and in an outer box as we are unable to accept liability for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Please do not apply postage labels directly onto product packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse - Please allow up to 14 working days from receipt of return for your refund to be processed.

Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

Any special order products including gold taps returned or cancelled are not subject to our normal returns policy and will be subject to a restocking charge of 30%. We are unable offer refunds on bespoke items.

All products sold by Lime kitchen and bathroom are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months against manufacturing defects or failure.
